Charges for passports

• New passport in lieu of an old passport - € 110/-
[ if applicant produces the previous travel document ]
• New passport for the first time - € 160/-
• New passport in lieu of a lost passport
1) If Produces M/N series passport copy or the number - € 260
2) Unable to produce M/N series passport copy or the number - € 335
• Emergency passport - € 225/-
• Extension of Validity ( For Five Years ) - € 11
• Endorsements / Amendments - € 07
• Inclusion of a child photo - € 25/-
• Change of name or other permitted Alteration - € 25/-

Revised Charges will be levied from April 2010 onwards.

Charges for issuance of visa

Please note that the rejection of a visa application will not lead to a refund of visa fees paid by the applicant.

All Dutch nationals - single entry visas - € 60.00

All Dutch nationals - multiple entry business visa - € 180.00

For all other passport holders please see Schedule 'B' .

(If applying through post the postage fees of extra € 7.50 should be added to the above mentioned visa fee.)

All payments should be made in cash (if application is hand delivered).

In the case of visa fee being credited to the bank account of the Embassy, visa will be issued only after confirming such deposit or bank transfer with the bank statement of the Embassy.

Charges for registration of birth

•  Within three months to one year from the Date of Birth

Birth registration - € 35.00

Citizenship request - € 40.00

•  After one year

Birth registration - € 35.00

Citizenship request - € 40.00

Penalty per year of delay - € 15.00
 

•  Charges for authentication of documents

Per Document - € 40.00

(Please note that the Embassy will require at least 3 working days to process and authenticate documents. Therefore, you are advised to submit documents for authentication well in advance.)

•  Charges for Police clearance certificates

Each Request - € 10/-

•  Charges for Registration of Marriages

Per each registration - € 35.00

•  Charges for Registration of Deaths

Per each registration - € 35.00

•  Issuing of Life Certificates
